As did Delilah and Cindy. Although they both really liked the lecturer, some of the fine arts classes were a little boring for Delilah.
Evie on the other hand, who was the only one studying physical education didn't have classes with the others. "All I have to do is keep the kick bag mobile for thirty minutes without dropping it and I get a pass on the section, beats taking notes huh?", Evie told Delilah as she walked passed. "Yeah!", replied Delilah, "Maybe I'm studying the wrong subject!", she laughed.
After Naomi had pointed out that the backyard had a spa among other things, Evie and Delilah made it their favorite make out spot.
"Aaaahh, don't come in, I'm naked!", Coral cried, frantically trying to cover herself with hands when Cindy approached. "Sorry Coral, it's raining outside and I didn't hear the shower running, no big deal, I'll use the other one.", Cindy apologized.
Later that night, when Cindy dropped her towel and climbed in to bed, Coral clamped her hands over her eyes. "Does seeing me naked really make you that uncomfortable?", Cindy asked. "Yes!", blurted Coral, "And you saw me naked in the shower earlier, I'm not comfortable with that either!"
Cindy shrugged her shoulders, she didn't think nudity was an issue, but she reached into her drawer and pulled a lacy chemise and pair of knickers from the drawer, she slid them under the covers and put them on before she rolled over and went to sleep. Coral kept her thick fluffy nighty on.
The next day as Jess was waiting for her class to start she saw a street magician, she went over to watch. He reached behind her ear and plucked out a gold foil coated chocolate coin, before bowing and handing it to her. She held out her hand for the coin and made a show of putting it in her back pack, before reaching out to him and plucking the same coin from behind his ear.
"Très intelligent mon amour", the magician grinned, "but do you know this one?", he asked. He took a Dove from his pocket and made a show of enclosing it in a fist, he used his finger to 'poke' it a few times, and then shook vigorously. When he finally opened his fist the Dove was gone, in it's place was a small red thornless Rose.
"Not yet!", Jess replied with a grin.
At the end of the first week, the entire house was invited to a pool party. Except there was no pool.
At least there was a party. "I got invited to one on Wednesday night, and there was nobody home, not even the host." Naomi told Jess, "Now that one was a real dud!", Naomi laughed.
"I knew it was a perve party, not a pool party, as soon as they pointed to the basement.", Naomi told Coral.
"A perve party?", Coral asked. "Yeah, you throw a pool party with no pool and all the girls show in bikinis, the guys in board shorts, so you can check everybody out, like your friend Cindy over there is doing."
Cindy and the girl disappeared into the bedroom, after about twenty minutes Cindy emerged and crossed the room.
"I don't know if any of the hosts got lucky, but it seems to work well for Cindy." Naomi noted as the Plantsim led the boy into the room were the other girl was waiting.
"You spent a lot of time with Coral at the party last night, and she hasn't spoken a word to me all day, or even looked me in the eye. Do you know if I did something to upset her?" Cindy asked Naomi. Naomi put down the bow. "Jeez, were do I start, first you saw her naked in the shower", Naomi began. "That was an accident, I was naked too, It's not like I tried to get in with her.", Cindy interrupted.
"You saw her, she didn't look at you. In her culture, nudity is taboo, parents see their children naked until the child is old enough to bath and dress themselves, and a husband sees his wife naked, or a wife sees her husband naked on their wedding night.", Naomi explained.
"Then you dropped your towel in front of her, and she saw you, she tried to cover her eyes, but she saw you. Not her husband, you, another woman, and same sex relationships are not taboo in her culture, they are totally forbidden.", Naomi explained. "It's not something Coral ever talked about, I didn't know", said Cindy apologetically, "When I realized that me sleeping naked upset her, I started wearing clothes to bed so I wouldn't upset her. But nudity is natural for a Plantsim."
"But I really think that the reason she is avoiding you is the threesome at the party, she really didn't know how to deal with that.", Naomi explained to Cindy. "Secretly, I think she might have a tiny crush on you, but the emotional cultural luggage she is dragging around with her is very heavy."
"Oh and next time you are lining up a threesome or better, I go both ways, just so you know!.", Naomi grinned. Cindy leaned in and gave her a slow kiss on the cheek. "Thank you for the information.", Cindy whispered.
As Cindy crossed the yard she noticed that although Evie and Delilah were soaking in the spa, their clothes were not. "Maybe if Coral saw a little more nudity, she might get used to it.", Cindy grinned to herself evilly. She waited until the couple were distracted and hid their clothes.
"You know it's better practice if you have someone trying to block your shots.", Said Cindy dropping her warm overdress. "I, um, was pretty much finished, I was about to get into the spa.", Coral stated lamely.
"Lilah and Evie are already in... and I'm pretty sure they are skinny dipping.", Cindy revealed. She wasn't going to mention the naked part at first, but then relented.
Coral turned her head reflexively, and looked back. "Okay, I do need to work on my ball sports.", agreed Coral, hoping desperately that Cindy didn't take that as some kind of innuendo.
Jess, who had been on the way over to talk to Coral was suddenly distracted.
Jess gently scooped the chipmunk in one hand and patted it a few times before releasing it. "Off you go little Chippy!", she cooed.
"Ahh crap, suns out again", Jess moaned, trying to keep in the shade of the umbrella while watching Cindy's brilliant goal keeping skills in action.
"Less power, more focus. Aim it with your foot, not your whole leg. I can tell were you are aiming for before you even contact the ball.", Cindy suggested. When the clouds settled back in, Jess swapped out for Coral.
When Evie and Delilah finally decided to climb out of the spa, they discovered their clothes missing, luckily Coral was focusing on her archery and didn't see it.
Rock came to the rescue, not out of any sense of chivalry or desire to see them covered up, but so he could get a closer look. Eve and Delilah agreed that next time they wanted to go skinny dipping they would hide their own clothes before someone else could.
The night of the first set of exams, Jess had called a bonfire party for 7PM. "Except for that one 'swimwear party in the basement because we have no pool' party, all the rest have been total crap!", Jess explained, "so I think we should throw a real party, a blazing bonfire, good food, a dance floor, and the one thing no other party in this town has had, live music, and The Midnight Hollow Voodoo Dollies!"
Coral lit the fire as soon as the first of a dozen and a half invited guest arrived. When the band started playing Coral played the host, even though it was Jess party. She alternated between making sure everyone knew there was food, and adding logs to the fire, while occasionally joining in with Violin or Laser Rythm-a-con, or mixing and spinning from the hired DJ booth. The party finished at 7AM when the campus fun police arrived.
"There had to be at least fifty people on the dance floor at one stage, it was crazy!", Coral gushed. "You guys were awesome, all night long!".
"You guys? You mean WE, as in the five of us, the Voodoo Dollies, WE were awesome all night long!", Jess exclaimed grabbing Coral and the others into a big group hug.

Nope, Nada, Zip, Zero, Zilch. I wrote this chapter immediately after writing up 5.10, so I have nothing new to rant about.
Um, did you see the chipmunk, how cool was that!
I used Nraas MC to invite every YA in the town to the party after the original guests showed up, I lost count, it may have even been 60 at one stage...probably why I had to tell all the guests to sod off at 7AM the next morning so my sims could get some sleep.....
On hindsight I may have rushed Coral's cultural background a little, although she does NOT have the never nude trait, I was thinking about some of the better and worse traits the game offers (UL adds up to two to your sim), when I came up with the idea. I like rich and detailed backstories for characters, but I have a habit of forgetting to write chunks of it down, and forgetting it altogether. I much prefer to write things in at the appropriate time rather than later say things like a "Hey, did you know...?" sort of thing.
